Squarefoot Construction completed a commercial office remodel in Plano, 
Texas, transforming an existing office area into two separate, functional 
office suites designed for privacy, comfort, and everyday business 
operations. 
The project included the construction and finish-out of two individual office 
suites, each designed to provide privacy, functionality, and a clean professional appearance. New doors were installed and custom stained to enhance the office interior, with glass panels added to the doors to bring additional natural light into the rooms while maintaining separation between the workspaces. 
To improve functionality, our team installed new electrical outlets in each 
office suite and added individual light switches so each room could control 
its lighting separately. We also completed the required fire sprinkler modifications and additions to accommodate the new office layout and help maintain proper life-safety coverage. 
This Plano office renovation project demonstrates how an existing 
commercial space can be efficiently reconfigured to provide additional 
private offices without requiring a complete building renovation.
